Understanding the law in China is always a good mantra

No need to read tea leaves before investing in China or understanding the Chinese investment paradigm, the International Financial Law Review, in a comprehensive article authored by John E. Lange in the Hong Kong office of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton and Garrison explains how and why Chinese companies are investing overseas and continuing to drive the world economy. Meanwhile, every day more global venture capitalists are still analyzing the impact of recent State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) regulations impeding international share sales and capital raising in the Middle Kingdom. This topic may prove to be a key conversation in the many scheduled private equity conferences planned in China over the next few months. More details soon on these private equity conferences.
I also wish to acknowledge the professionalism of Magellan International's Jason Xie for his work in assisting us with the translation of our banner. Magellan International Corporation strategically located in Silicon Valley, provides localization and translation solutions for information technology, manufacturing, multimedia and service industries. The Chinese word for venture actually means risk. I think many investors worldwide are quite familiar with that translation.
