Alex Akesson across the hall from me here at Creative Weblogging tells me that Swiss banking group SYZ & CO, has "launched six new sub-funds of its $1.3bn Luxembourg-domiciled umbrella fund SICAV, offering Asian and opportunistic fund of hedge fund strategies in US dollar, euro and Swiss franc versions."

The new funds are part of Alternative Capital Enhancement.

Asia is quickly becoming a hedge fund heaven because of its volatility and growth.




SYZ & CO put out a press release on the new collection of funds on Thursday.

Hedge Fund News said this about the new offering: "Through a diversified portfolio of Asian hedge funds, the ACE Asia Fund provides access to some of the world's most dynamic economies, including China and India..."
