Legal Newsletter offers China Insights
There are many excellent law firms offering their China expertise to the increasing number of private equity investors and manufacturers scaling the Great Wall of business.

CVN counts among that stellar list, the global giant, O'Melveny & Myers, and Seattle's Harris Moure, which specializes in helping small and medium sized US companies. I wish to single out a recent publication, China Insights, not to be confused with Xinhua Finance's China Insight. This attractively packaged and well-edited newsletter is published by a Midwestern law firm, Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff. With the increasing amount of China venture funds and private equity investors showing no signs of any slow down, their periodical merits attention.

The newsletter's bullish forecast on the future of investing private equity in China is worth quoting. " As a result of continuing manufacturing advantages over most of the world and the tremendous market opportunities within China and much of the neighboring Asia, there will undoubtedly be significant amounts of additional PEF capital invested in China in the coming years."
