Los Angeles, CA-December 12, 2007-Growthink, the leading Investment Banking and Business Development Services Firm to Emerging and Middle Market Enterprises, announced today that the Company has been named advisor of record to Jiangxi Copper Company, an emerging copper resource company located in Yingtan City, China. The City and greater Jiangxi Province Region are home to more than forty copper companies and several copper mines.
Growthink will develop and launch Jiangxi's Strategic Planning, Resource Management, Business Development and Capital Acquisition initiatives.
"Our advisory relationship with Jiangxi is an excellent example of the opportunities available in China for emerging companies to utilize Growthink's strategic advisory capabilities to leverage the opportunities and mitigate the challenges that arise when seeking capital to finance overseas entrepreneurism," said Emily Burg, Growthink's Director of Strategy. "Entrepreneurs are the foundation of China's astounding economic growth-and we're working with them to identify profitable business opportunities, develop strong business models and corporate structures."
Burg emphasized that the number of independent companies operating within Jiangxi's home markets constituted an opportunity that enhances the Company's plans for expansion.
"The highly fragmented distribution of the region's copper manufacturing, distribution and mineral resources provides Jiangxi with excellent opportunities to make acquisitions which will consolidate their market leadership," Burg said. "Growthink is providing Jiangxi with a range of innovative capital access solutions enabling the company to meet its objective of aggressive growth.
"We're developing a cap table for the possible formation of a SPAC as well as presenting the Company with more traditional alternatives for capital raising for Jiangxi to review and implement at the appropriate time."

Growthink's strategic partnership with Jiangxi Copper marks the Firm's latest success with its growing Asia practice, which is concentrated within China and India, the region's two fastest growing economies.
"Our partnership with Jiangxi showcases the unique and universal value of our advisory and financial services," said Jay Turo, Growthink's CEO and Managing Partner. "For Jiangxi, we're acting as a partner and deeply experienced capital advisor. We're providing the Company with sophisticated financial analysis, the ability to conduct cross border transactions and access to U.S. capital markets." Turo said.
