I am a huge fan of Walter Hutchens blog and his recent postings from China shed much light on the Shanghai Stock
Exchange recent IPO policies.
According Professor Hutchens, an expert in comparative commercial law, particularly the role of corporate and securities law in the development of stock markets, venture capital and technological innovation in China is an assistant professor at the University of maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business, the SHSE generally arranges only one IPO per day-or two in "special circumstances." Please read his insightful blog for more finance details.
