Clean technology has been a hot topic recently for venture capital buffs interested in China. So when I saw this article in Business Week I knew I'd have to at least mention it...
"Venture Capital's Clean Dreams for China" provides a great overview of the current state of affairs. The article looks at the current level of venture capital investment in clean technology in China.

China's status as one of the most polluted countries on earth gives it plenty of motivation for pursuing clean technology. The level of state control of industry makes new technology easy to implement. But China faces some hurdles. Among them, lack of innovation and problems with the research infrastructure.
The article is an informative broad picture of the clean tech industry in China. It's worth reading...
