China Security & Surveillance Technology Gets $10 Million from UAE Investors

China Security & Surveillance Technology has completed a private placement transaction worth about $10 million.
The company sold over 720,000 warrants worth $19.23 each to a handful to investors in the United Arab Emirates. The warrents are good for three years. Among the investors are Sharafuddin Al Sayed Sharaf, Faisal Holdings and MAC Capital Limited, according to the company.
China Security & Surveillance Technology markets and provides digital surveillance technology in China. The company recently applied for a secondary listing on the Dubai International Finance Exchange (DIFX). They hope to expand their services beyond China.
